22 Aug Overnight Swirly Blueberry Buns
This week I’m doing a guest post over at Cannella Vita. It’s a recipe for gluten free swirly blueberry buns with some of my favorite spices for baking: cardamom and vanilla. Often gluten free recipes contain a very long list of ingredients and therefore I tried to make this ingredients list as short as possible. As always I didn’t use any gums like xanthan- or guar-gum, or any flours that are hard to find.
I didn’t have the chance to pick any blueberries this year so I had to settle with the ones from the grocery store but if you’ve been lucky enough to find some blueberries in the forest be sure to check out this recipe. These buns are moist and almost crispy at the same the time and and the vanilla and cardamom complements the blueberries perfectly. I just can’t get enough of blueberries!
