28 Nov Real Life Buckwheat Crepes
Sometimes we make plans and think we have it all figured out. Then life decides to throw shit in our faces and we have to reconsider everything. Ok, maybe this doesn’t make a lot of sense to you… To be honest, it doesn’t make a lot of sense to me either. I guess what I’m trying to say is that I thought I had a plan and now I find myself in a situation far from where I thought I’d be right now. I don’t feel comfortable going into detail about what’s happened here on the blog but I made the decision to take a break from architecture school for awhile and do some soul searching, as one might do when they turn 20 (#quarterlifecrisis). So, I’ve moved back to live with my family in Stockholm and for now I spend my time going to museums, reading books at cafés, hanging out with friends and trying to take up creative hobbies like playing the piano, baking and painting.
I know I haven’t given the blog the attention it deserves for a very long time and I’m not going to put pressure on myself to start posting frequently again. However I’d love to bake, blog and photograph more again. This blog once saved me when I was going through a stressful time in high school and experienced a lot of health issues. Maybe this blog will save me once again. Either way, I’m glad to be back and I hope you’re excited to start baking with me again!
Since I’m slowly getting back to blogging again I thought why not do it like in real life. This recipe has not been retested 5 times and the photos aren’t styled and captured with a DSLR. This is just me having buckwheat crepes for breakfast, thinking ”hmm, why not post it on the blog?”, snapping a few photos on my iPhone and sharing it with you guys. Make these on a Sunday morning for a friend or on a weekday night when all you really want is dessert for dinner. Make it messy, drown your crepes in blueberries and maple syrup, don’t post it on social media so you can obsess over how many likes you get. Just enjoy them and be grateful to be alive. Because no matter how difficult life can be sometimes, it’s so much easier if you can have crepes with blueberries now and then!

Life always not easy and cannot be planted. Just let your feeling guide you, you feel comfortable then you just follow it. I hope you understand what I mean.
I need someone like you who really know how to bake especially like gluten free stuff. Please continue, but if you need rest just go and rest. I’m sure you’ll come back with more wonderful recipe.

Posted at 17:51h, 29 NovemberHej Thea!
