13 Apr Emily Tapp on Paintings, Collages and Finding Inpisration

[vc_row][vc_column width='1/2']I first got to know about Emily Tapp through the food blogging world and I've been following her on Instagram for a long time now. She's a freelance food and product photographer and her food photos are gorgeous. On top of that she's an art student at Falmouth University where she spends her days painting and making collages. It's been so fun to see Emily's IG feed evolving for the last year since she started art school. [/vc_column][vc_column width='1/2']What I love about her paintings is that she combines architectural elements with silhouettes of the cornwall coast. And she makes a lot of collages and sketches to which she generously shares on Instagram and on her studio journal. Emily is the sweetest and she kindly agreed to answer some questions about art school, paintings, collages and inspiration. Scroll down and enjoy the read![/vc_column][/vc_row]

14 Feb Vanilla Berry Baked Oatmeal

"Mr. Breakfast" and I have an ongoing love/hate relationship. Sure, I love breakfast foods; pancakes, waffles, oatmeal, yoghurt, smoothies etc. However I never know what to make for breakfast when I wake up at 7 am before heading to school. Therefore I love breakfasts that I can make ahead and store in the fridge. This Vanilla Berry Baked Oatmeal is one of those recipes. You can make it on a Sunday and then you'll have breakfast for the rest of the week!
